Heading into the summer of 2023, The Vinyl, a 4BR 4BA unit in East Nashville that accommodates 10 guests, faced significant challenges. Added to our portfolio in March, the property was left in poor condition by the previous manager. Our team needed to act swiftly to elevate the home to a 5-star standard while simultaneously ensuring the listing was live and attracting bookings before the summer season kicked off in early May.
